Terrine of pot roast Derbyshire ham hock layered with shredded pickled local grown cabbage served with an assortment of apple. £5.95
Cod cheeks marinated in olive oil, garlic and lemon; with a thyme and 24- month aged parmesan crust, accompanied with cauliflower pannacotta, chorizo and black olive tapenade. £7.25
Assiette of Bolsover smoked salmon: thick cut oak smoked salmon with a light smoked salmon and dill mousse, pickled cucumber and Longley cream cheese finished with a stack of warm buttered blinis £8.45
